  1. You should use a equal-area projection to compare land mass. Despite that comparing land mass in squarekilometres makes more sense.

  2. what kind of CRS or Map projection has been used here ?

    • I have the same question. People who know about projections know that a mercator projections makes Greenland look much bigger than it really is, but Greenland in that projection looks even bigger than in a mercator. What’s going on here?
