3D Features with ArcGIS

ArcGIS has a known bug exporting from ArcScene to VRML for utilization of features in 3D softwares outside of ArcGIS. A workaround involves producing the features in a 3D multipatch configuration and sending that file type to a typical 3D extension file type. Both Data Inoperability and 3D Analyst extensions are needed within ArcGIS to complete this task.
