Rule of the Week 10: Elevated Guideway, SCAD Variant
This rule of the week allows you to create an elevated rail guideway. It’s a variant of the rule we previously posted, customized for the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). They wanted a version that had the tracks underneath for a suspended rail system, and a green space on top for pedestrians and cyclists. So we imported the park rule into the guideway rule, and flipped the tracks on to the bottom. A good example of a quick modification to an existing rule.

The rule of the week is a way for Esri to share the research and demonstration work it does with Computer Generated Architecture (CGA) over the course a year with you. As such, these rules are provided as is, with no guarantees, and are used at your own risk. We will not be updating them over time, and they serve primarily as examples of what can be done with CGA.
