It was developed by the University of Guelph center for Hdyrogematics. Whitebox GAT is furnished with the latest geospatial tools and vector analysis tools. The graphic user interface (GUI) is top notch with over four hundred analytical tools in the domains of vector analysis and raster data management. The latest version of the software was released 27 January, 2017.
